2024 saw Susie take the stage for Astra Zeneca, University of Liverpool and the Project Management Institute. Facilitating workshops for MBDA, University of Keele and ASDA. Bringing brilliant ideas and learning to life across the UK and over in Los Angeles and Sweeden.

Mum to harry and Wife to Nicky, Susie is a recognised change expert, key note speaker and author. Two organisation designed to create impactful outcomes, no matter where you started from.
She is also changing the narrative for how we change progressing a Doctorate Organisational Change, which builds on an MSc in Project Management. Certified by Prosci in Change Management and Change Leadership supported by a raft of qualifications across strategy, risk and project management. All underpinned by over 15 years of managing and leading change, of delivering outcomes consistently and with confidence for household names, charities and SMEs.
